Job Description:

We are looking for a talented Customer Service Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, sales, teamwork and self-improvement. Automotive experience is preferred but is not required. We are open to training the right individual. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for sales, growth, maintaining integrity, scheduling and managing service workflow. Our customers bring us simple to very complex repairs, never a dull moment to keep you engaged. We operate under a premise of being process driven for results through a systematic approach in our daily operation. Pay is dependent on experience level.


Responsibilities:

- Professional appearance & manners.

- Generate sales & profitability.

- Customer service support via guidance, education and knowledge.

- Communicate effectively with colleagues regarding repair timelines and expectations.

- Highly effective customer communication via texting, phone calls, email and in-person encounters.

- Repair order and workflow structure and management.

- Desires growth for training and certification achievements.

- Quality control inspections for customer & team satisfaction.

- Be creative, enthusiastic and eager to learn, develop skills and succeed to the next level.


Requirements:

- Proven experience in customer service & sales.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
